A fantastic hockey competition today. 7 teams in the competition, each school playing 6 games each. All of the schools involved had some great goalkeepers, HF’s had many shots on target to be denied winning all of their games. We won 3, drew 3 making us runners up to Pennine, they just took Gold on 4 wins and 2 draws! It was a very close competition. Our team played a couple of games ‘back to back’ and were exhausted by the end of the tournament. A super result, very well done team. Lovely to see so many HF spectators too, thank you for your support in the chilly weather.. Some of the hockey team from today are also involved in the basketball tomorrow, HF’s are representing Derbyshire in the County Championships. Amazing!
