Please return Flu Vaccination Consent Forms by 15th September at the latest

Please ensure that all completed consent forms for the Flu Vaccination are returned to school by 15th September at the latest. The vaccinations will be taking place in school on Friday 20th October for children in Reception, Years 1,2,3 and 4. If you have mislaid the form, please let us know as we have a limited number of spares.
